Prevent T2 is a year-long lifestyle change program where participants work with a specially trained lifestyle coach to overcome barriers to healthy living as well as track food intake and physical activity to achieve two primary goals:

  • Lose 5-7% of your body weight

  • 150 minutes of physical activity each week

Class format:

  • Class meets for 60 minutes

  • Class size is limited to 10 participants

Class meets 22 times over 12 months:

  • 8 weekly sessions (2 months)

  • 8 bi-weekly sessions (4 months)

  • 6 monthly sessions

 

Next scheduled classes begin in January, 2019
