PERSONS WITH PREDIABETES

If you have been diagnosed with pre-diabetes, losing 5-7% of your body weight can significantly reduce your risk for developing type 2 diabetes. You may benefit from attending diabetes prevention classes designed to help you make sustainable lifestyle changes. 

WISEWOMAN PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS

The WISEWOMAN program wants to support you in changing your health habits. You may be offered health coaching at your provider's office or if it is difficult to return to their office for multiple visits, you may be assigned to work with a LifeWeighs wellness coach.
